Our company was founded in 2014 by Andreas W. Wylach and Mario Steinitz. Our founders draw their skills from decades of knowledge and experience as software developers and IT consultants.

我们的企业于2014年由Andreas先生（德）和Mario先生(德)联手创办。作为软件开发者以及IT行业的资深顾问，两位创始人凭借他们过去多年的技术和经验，联手打造了我们的企业。公司从创立之初，就凭借先进的技术以及德国人特有的沉稳，为企业今后的发展打下了坚实的基础。

Since 1996, Andreas W. Wylach has been actively developing Internet software solutions and working as a reliable freelance partner of several companies and web agencies. As of 2011, he founded the IOc3 GmbH in Germany, which specializes in the conception and development of web-based software solutions for small and medium sized businesses.

从1996年开始，Andreas先生就积极的参与和从事互联网的软件开发和解决方案；同时还为众多的企业和互联网机构提供专业的咨询服务和自由撰稿。2011年，他在德国正式成立了IOc3 Gmbh。该公司专注于为中小型企业提供网站以及软件相关产品的架构和研发。

Independently and around the same time (1997), Mario Steinitz founded his sole proprietorship, Mario Grotke. He offered network, hardware and software solutions for small and medium sized companies as well as for public enterprises and organizations. His legal business name changed to Mario Steinitz Consulting in 2006, as the business focus shifted to ITconsulting, adaptation and extension of standard software,.and the development of fully functional, personalized software solutions.

与此同时，在1997年，Mario先生成立了他自己的独立企业：Mario Grotke。 他专注与为中小型企业和公共部门和组织提供专业的互联网、软件及硬件相关的解决方案。他的独立企业与2006年更名为Mario Steinits咨询公司。同时，业务范围也转变为信息技术的顾问、标准软件产品的技术编译和扩展、为客户提供更加多样化，个性化的软件产品解决方案。 

As a result of their continuing growth and globalization, both companies expanded their business activities abroad, where they started working together successfully in joint projects. It quickly became apparent that they pursued similar objectives, constituting a mutual enrichment for their customers.

随着企业的不断壮大和发展，他们原有的企业不断的拓展海内外业务（从原德国发展到欧盟后至全球），他们不断的在合作的项目中进行磨合与相互融合。很显然，在发展的过程中，他们都在向着同一个目标所努力和前进，那就是为客户提供一个更加优秀的产品，帮助客户做到价值最大化。

With the expansion and strengthening of this cooperation, project management and quality assurance processes were standardized and given a new and sole legal base with STURM Ltd.

随着全球化合作的不断加强，为了更好的管理和保证产品质量，也为了确保工程的实施符合标准，一个全新的公司：风暴中国，就这样诞生了。
