客户主管

1.Responsible for leading the team to manage the approved production customers and order management. 
负责带领团队负责已批产客户的管理和订单管理。
2.Coordinate with the Seitz team internally to handle customer requests, be responsible for answering customer questions, delivery times, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
与Seitz团队内部协调处理客户请求，负责向客户解答问题、交货时间，并负责按时回款。
3.Primary focus on customer service, handle existing customers.
负责高级客户服务，处理现有客户商务问题。
4.Responsible for sales management, order management, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and collection of payments, etc..
负责销售管理、订单管理、物流、运输、库存管理、收款等工作
5.Work on finding a balance between what the customer wants and what we can give to meet company targets.
努力在客户的需求与我们能够提供的资源之间找到平衡，以达成公司的目标。
6.Other duties as assigned.
领导安排的其他任务。

Education/Special Skill Requirements:  
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a team is preferred.
本科以上学历，有带领团队3年以上经验优先
2.Familiar with customs declaration procedures, with experience in import and export, and with experience in managing foreign customers.
熟悉报关操作，有进出口经验，有国外客户管理经历。
3.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
良好的英语和中文沟通能力；
4.Highly motivated and proactive, with strong sense of responsibility.
积极性高且善于主动的，责任心强
5.Work well with various people and can handle tough situation and personalities
能与各种各样的人良好合作，并且能够应对棘手的情况和各种性格的人。
6.Strong negotiation, influence and interpersonal skills are required. Also, the ability to handle pressure well.
需要具备强大的谈判、影响力以及人际交往能力,抗压能力强。
7.Always willing to improve continuously and Positive attitude

8.Proficient in oral and written English, able to use English as the working language.
