岗位说明
岗位职责:
1.负责项目立项,召开项目启动会,制定项目计划,识别项目风险,跟踪项目进度,保证产品保质保量的按期交付,并控制项目成本;
2.负责项目生命周期内策划、组织、监控关于顾客要求、范围、时间、成本、质量、资源、沟通、风险、变更、回款等方面的工作,并形成开口项清单进行跟踪;
3.对于项目执行过程中各部门间的工作协调、项目的关键节点管控、资源需求等工作进行管理,这些综合工作必须定期评审并记录;
4.对项目绩效进行监控,对偏离项,监督整改;
5.负责项目执行阶段与客户沟通对接。
任职条件:
1.本专及以上学历,机械、营销、项目管理类等相关专业;
2.2年以上相关行业工作经验;
3.国际项目经理英语需听说读写流利。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project initiation, holding project kickoff meetings, developing project plans, identifying project risks, tracking project progress, ensuring timely delivery of products with high quality and quantity, and controlling project costs;
2. Responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring work related to customer requirements, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, change, and payment collection throughout the project lifecycle, and creating a list of open items for tracking;
3. Manage the coordination of work between departments, control of key project milestones, and resource requirements during project execution. These comprehensive tasks must be regularly reviewed and recorded;
4. Monitor project performance, supervise and rectify deviations;
5. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with clients during the project execution phase.
Job requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, marketing, project management, or related fields;
More than 2.2 years of relevant industry work experience;
