本公司为中型外贸采购企业,业务规模稳定,外贸采购业务体系成熟。现因业务发展需要,扩招外贸采购助理一名,期待踏实肯干、能力匹配的人才加入!
岗位职责:
1。配合和执行采购策略,确保采购活动符合公司的需求和标准。
2。负责常州及周边区域供应商实地走访、调研与维护,根据情况需短途出差。
3。全程跟进订单生产进度,落实产品质量抽检与管控,严控产品质量,保障订单按时交付。
4。持续搜集行业资讯、市场价格及行情动态,按时整理工作内容,完成定期工作汇报。
任职要求:
1。本科以上学历,35岁以下,理工、管理类等相关专业,英语作为工作语言。
2。有SPC地板行业外贸、质检经验者优先考虑。
3。具备良好的工作协调能力,能够配合团队完成采购目标。思维灵活,可根据市场变化调整工作方案;沟通、协调能力出色,能承受工作压力。
4。熟悉相关法律法规,保证采购活动合法合规。
Foreign Trade Purchasing Assistant (Changzhou)
Company Profile
We are a large and medium-sized foreign trade procurement enterprise with stable business scale and a well-established foreign trade procurement system. To support business growth, we are now recruiting one Foreign Trade Purchasing Assistant. We welcome dedicated and qualified candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in implementing procurement strategies and ensure all procurement activities comply with the company’s requirements and standards.
2. Conduct on-site visits, research and daily maintenance of suppliers in Changzhou and surrounding areas; occasional short-distance business trips are required.
3. Track the entire production progress of orders, conduct random inspections and quality control of products to guarantee product quality and on-time delivery.
4. Collect industry information, market prices and trends on an ongoing basis, organize work documents and submit regular work reports as required.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, aged under 35. Majors in science, engineering, management or related fields. Proficiency in English for daily work.
2. Candidates with working experience in foreign trade or quality inspection of SPC flooring are preferred.
3. Possess strong coordination skills and team spirit to achieve procurement goals. Be flexible to adjust work plans according to market changes, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
