研发工程师

岗位职责：
• 根据市场需求对既有产品的技术升级与优化；
Upgrade and optimize existing products based on market requirements.
• 根据公司要求，进行产品技术转让使其符合当地生产要求与市场法规；
Carry out technology transfer to meet local manufacturing requirements as well as market regulations according to company‘s requirements.
• 产品运行数据的搜集与整理；
Collect and manage product performance data.
• 设备现场运行问题分析与解决方案制定；
Analyze on-site operation problems and make solutions accordingly.
• 熟悉PDM产品数据文件管理流程；
Be familiar with PDM document management process.
• 编制设备工程文件，应用文件，说明书等；
Compile engineering documents, application documents, instructions, etc.
• 对产品工艺以及生产过程进行协助与指导； 
Assist and guide product process and manufacturing process.

任职要求： 
• 本科211及以上学历，机械设计及制造相关专业； 
Bachelor degree 211 or above, majored in mechanical design & manufacturing.
• 团队合作与沟通协调能力；
Good team work ability and communication skills.
• 工作积极主动；
Be active.
• 注重细节；
Detail-oriented.
• 熟悉三维设计软件；
Know-how on 3D design software.
• 机械行业3年以上工作经历者优先；
≥3 year experience in machinery industry will be a priority.
• 具备英语沟通能力；
Be able to make daily communications in English.
